Our pastries are best enjoyed as soon as possible because they’re baked fresh daily! Our cakes should be eaten within 3 to 4 days. Our cookies can last a couple more days.

We provide individual packaging at The Bold Bakery to ensure only the freshest wholesale pastries for your coffee shop or business.

We recommend storing cakes in the fridge, if you aren’t going to serve them immediately, to maintain the freshness. But, a cake that has been stored in the refrigerator for several hours should sit out at room temperature for up to 2 hours before serving.

Our other pastries can be kept at room temperature.
